Wellness Coaching helps you create your own solutions so you can have a healthy life and lasting change.  Because you generate your own solutions, your motivation increases and you're more likely to stick to your goals. 

I help identify areas you want to work on and assist you in applying behavioral principles to help you discover and connect with your motivation to change. 

Our work allows you to see the obstacles keeping you from reaching your goals so you can break old patterns, increase confidence and clarify your priorities so  you can improve. 

Getting started:

  • Complete the client inventory.
  • 20-minute consultation.
  • Discuss expectations.
  • Purchase session or sessions.
  • Commit to goals, review progress.

Sessions are 50 minutes and can occur weekly, bi-monthly or monthly and can be done by phone or virtually.
