Wellness Coaching is a tool for creating a healthy life designed to facilitate self-discovery and lasting motivation.  Because you co-create your own solutions, you are more likely to stick to them. The accountability makes it more likely that you will make lasting lifestyle changes.

I provide a consultation to help you identify areas that you want to work on.  I assist in applying behavioral change principles to help you discover and connect with your motivation to change.  Our work allows you to see the obstacles keeping you from reaching your goals so you can break old patterns, increase self-confidence and clarify priorities and so you improve your health and well-being.

Getting started:

  • Complete the client inventory.
  • 20 minutes initial consultation.
  • Discuss expectations of coach and client.
  • Purchase session or sessions.
  • Commit to goals and review progress.

Sessions are 50 minutes and can occur weekly, bi-monthly or monthly.

Sessions can be held face telephonically or virtually.
