  2.  Do you feel sluggish, fatigued or have trouble sleeping?
  3.  Is your vision cloudy, hazy or do you have constant eye redness?
  4.  Are you urinating more often than usual?
  5.  Are you drinking more and can't quench your thirst?
  6. Are you run-down or not able to complete your normal tasks?

  1.  Make a doctor appointment immediately. (Primary Doctor, Endocrinology, Eye Doctor, Specialists.
  2.  For more severe cases, visit the urgent care, ER or call 911.
  3.  Check your blood sugar (Normal blood sugar is 80-130)
  4.  Purchase a glucose monitor with strips so you can check your blood sugar.
  5.  Stay hydrated.
  6.  Refrain from processed foods and watch your intake of beverages that contain a lot of sugar.
